Bourne Fitness is a fitness class for those who are over the age of 50. Our members range from 50 up to 90 so there is a place for everyone. You do not need to worry about how fit you are there are exercises for everyone and ultimately it is about coming along and having fun whilst keeping fit with a group of friends.
Our sessions run on a
Monday morning – stretch class 9.00-9.30 on Zoom
Wednesday morning at Hale Green Farnham 9.30-10.30 am
Friday morning on Zoom 9.30-10.30
